Why did Dreamfox close lounge services in India?

DreamFox’s largest customers, banks, who rely on the company for airport lounge access, are out of its network. Airport operators became lounge aggregators themselves, and the competition in space has intensified, giving these services directly to banks. Airport aggregators are companies that partner with various service providers at the airport to provide a series of services such as airport lounges.

The DreamFox platform, which runs a lounge in Mumbai and Lucknow, recently stated that Major Lounge participants, such as Ankle, run the lounge at GMR airports like Delhi and recently removed the lounge from Adani’s Lounge in Mumbai and Lucknow.
Large banks like Axis Bank and ICICI Bank also started to move away from their partnership with DreamFox.
